Palazzo Lorenzo Hotel Boutique & Spa Florence, Florence

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and offered a pleasant stay, but there were some significant issues that detracted from my overall enjoyment. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, certain hotel amenities like the breakfast and hot water could use improvement. It’s a lovely place with a great atmosphere, but be prepared for a few hiccups during your stay.

However, some issues like inconsistent hot water and a slippery shower impacted the overall experience.
